Yeah, I'm in the mood for Christmas. Maybe it's all the practice sessions in the gym. Maybe it's the weather. Bring on the Big Guy. I'm not completely ready, but I'm certainly in Holiday mode.
Yesterday the kids were in fine form. It's as if they can sense that the teachers are getting to the end of their patience and they want to see what happens if they push them farther. Judging from yesterday, I'm sure more than a few of them should be worried that their visit from Santa may be in jeopardy. But of course the threat of Santa just doesn't hold the same weight that it did in the past. So sad, really.
After work I wanted to hit the pharmacy and the gas station before heading home, but I ended up talking in the office too long and only got the pharmacy run done. Then hubby came home and wondered what I'd filled at the pharmacy since he'd taken the prescriptions from the fridge to fill in the city. No, he'd taken two different prescriptions that were replaced by the two that I filled. All this illustrates is that our son is on too many different medications... sigh.
So today I need to get to the gas station after work. If I ever make it home from work. I have to get some data put together for a new project that our principal is working on. It seems like this year is the year of the data project. How many different ways can we present and interpret the data? Today I'll find another way, I think.
Tomorrow night is the Christmas Program. Kiddo will be dressing up as an elf and I plan to make sure I get pictures. :) Today we get to practice in the gym for an hour and tomorrow we'll be at the performing arts center to practice on the stage.
